I had the privilege of moderating the Panel Discussion during the HR Meet organised by NIPM Pune Chapter in association with DPGU School of Management & Research on 22nd November 2025.
The session brought together senior HR leaders, industry experts, and academicians to discuss “Effects of Globalization on Industrial Relations.” With over 80 HR professionals and 50 management students in attendance, the discussion offered diverse perspectives and meaningful insights.
It was an enriching experience to steer the dialogue, engage with esteemed panelists, and contribute to strengthening the industry–academia connect.–
Had the wonderful opportunity to conduct a Leadership Development Training session for the team at GIiAVA India Pvt. Ltd., set in the serene and inspiring surroundings of Tamhini Ghat — an ideal location for team management and collaboration-focused programs.

Panel Discussion on OHS Code Awareness & Globalisation – A Successful Industry Knowledge Exchange
Indrayani Industries Association, in association with NIPM Pimpri Chinchwad Chakan Chapter, organised a highly insightful seminar addressing two critical themes for today’s industry environment:
* Factory Act – Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Code Awareness and Compliance Framework
* Globalisation – Evolving Expectations of Employers and Employees
The program witnessed excellent participation from HR leaders, IR professionals, industry representatives and academicians.
